Adult + Youth Community Crisis

The goal of the Cape Cod Adult Community Crisis Stabilization program is to assist individuals in crises to stabilize, to strengthen their coping resources and supports, and to partner with them in developing plans to improve their wellbeing.

The Adult Community Crisis Stabilization program provides state of the art diversionary care to individuals who would benefit from placement in a program where they can be safely maintained in a less restrictive level of care than an inpatient unit. The unit is an unlocked, voluntary space where people in crisis are provided with comprehensive medical, psychiatric and addiction assessment and treatment that promote their overall stabilization and return to the community.

About Bay Cove Behavioral Health & Wellness Center Services:

Psychopharmacology Services

Behavioral health exists on a spectrum, and while not all behavioral health issues require medical treatment from a psychiatrist, if the client and the client’s treatment team feel that a consultation with a prescriber is worth exploring, we provide expedited access to ongoing psychopharm services for youth and adults.

Outpatient Therapy

Outpatient therapy can take many forms, depending on the client’s needs. Individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy can all be provided at the Bay Cove Behavioral Health & Wellness Center.

Peer Services

Sometimes you just need to talk to someone who knows what you are going through. The Bay Cove Behavioral Health and Wellness Center peer staff is composed of family partners, certified peer specialists and recovery coaches.
